Maybe you've been busy, or you moved in and inherited someone else's mess. Maybe the agent's told you the garden needs work before photos. Either way, I come out, walk the garden with you, and give you a clear, fixed price for the job. No hourly rate where you're watching the clock. You know what you're paying before I start.
The work usually covers clearing overgrowth, cutting back anything that's gotten too big, weeding beds, pruning what needs it, edging the lawn, and mulching to finish things off. If green waste removal is needed, that's included in the quote.
I do yard clean ups across the Northern Beaches and North Shore, from Dee Why and Manly Vale through to Mosman, Killara and St Ives. A lot of the gardens I tidy up haven't been touched in six months or more. Some not for years. It's always more manageable than people expect once someone gets stuck into it.

If you want regular care after the tidy up, I can book you in for fortnightly or monthly visits. A lot of clients start with a yard clean up and then keep me on because it's easier than letting it get away again. You get a photo of the finished result and a proper tax invoice through Xero.

It depends on the size of the garden and how much work is needed. I give you a fixed price after walking the garden with you, so you know exactly what you're paying before I start. No hourly surprises.
Most residential tidy-ups take half a day to a full day. Bigger properties or heavily overgrown gardens might need two visits. I'll give you a realistic timeline when I quote.
Yes. Green waste removal is factored into the quote. You won't be left with piles of clippings and branches.
Absolutely. A lot of clients start with a one-off clean up and then move to fortnightly or monthly visits. It's a lot easier to keep a garden looking good than to let it go and start over.
Give me at least a week's notice if you can, ideally two. That way I can get the tidy up done before the photographer comes through. If you're in a rush, call me and I'll see what I can do.
